摘 要:2020年6—8月,以伯乐树Bretschneidera sinensis 2年生容器苗为研究材料,比较分析5种不同基质配比对伯乐树容器苗生长及生理指标的影响,以选择出适宜伯乐树容器苗生长的基质。结果表明:在不同时间段,伯乐树幼苗的苗高、地径净生长量在不同处理间均存在一定的差异;至试验结束时,HS(黄壤∶沙石体积比为9∶1)和HS(黄壤∶沙石体积比为8∶2)处理的幼苗苗高生长量显著高于CK的(P<0.05),叶厚在5个处理间均呈显著性差异(P<0.05),地径和生物量虽未呈现显著差异,但HS、HS处理的较高。不同时间段,叶片的叶绿素a+b、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量在不同处理间也存在不同程度的差异,整体变化趋势多样。随着HS处理试验的持续,叶片的MDA含量、SOD酶活性在5种基质处理的变化相似,均表现为在处理60 d、90 d时分别显著低于HZ、CK的(P<0.05),表明HS处理较适宜于伯乐树幼苗的生长。综合比较后发现,伯乐树幼苗在饱和持水量为20.7%、非毛管孔隙度为4.17%的HS处理中的生长情况优于其他4种处理。In November 2018, seeds were collected from 8 Bretschneidera sinensis trees in Xianxialing Provincial Nature Reserve of Zhejiang province for germination. In the spring 2019, geminated seeds were transplanted in containers, and in March 2020, container seedlings were transplanted in pot with different substrates, and yellow soil as contract. Determinations were carried out on net increment of seedling height, ground diameter, and also on growth traits of seedling with different treatment every 30 days. Chlorophyll a+b, soluble sugar and soluble protein content, MDA, SOD and POD content in leaves of seedling with different treatment was measured by the end of 30^(th), 60^(th) and 90^(th) days of treatment. The results showed that by the end of the experiment, height growth of treatment of yellow soil : sand = 9 : 1 and of yellow soil : sand = 8 : 2 was significantly higher than that of CK, and there was significant difference of leaf thickness among five treatments, while no significant difference of ground diameter and biomass. At different periods, there were differences among treatments in the contents of chlorophyll a+b, soluble sugar and soluble protein. MDA content and SOD enzyme activity of seedlings treated by yellow soil : sand = 8 : 2 were significantly lower than that by yellow soil : perlite=8 : 2 and CK by the end of 60days and 90days, indicating that treatment of yellow soil : sand = 8 : 2 was better for the growth of B. sinensis seedlings.
