摘　　要：以福州市公安局业务技术用房项目为主要研究对象,以“场所精神”为主导,深入研究警务办公建筑在实用上以及精神上的需求。顺应党政机关类办公建筑的发展趋势,强调建筑自身极强的力量感、整体感与独特的标志性。探讨设计如何以人文、高效、品质、共享、智慧为切入点,探索该类型建筑开放多元的设计手法,摆脱传统党政机关办公建筑的形式,形成简洁、高效、带有一定开放性与亲和力建筑形式。This paper takes the project of Fuzhou Public Security Bureau as the main research object,and takes the “Place spirit”as the leading factor,and studies the practical and spiritual needs of the police office buildings.In accordance with the development trend of the office building of the Party and government organs,it emphasizes the strong sense of power,integrity and unique symbol of the building itself.This paper discusses how to design from the point of humanities,high efficiency,quality,sharing and wisdom,explore the open and diversified design methods of this type of building,and get rid of the traditional form of the office building of the Party and government organs,form a simple,efficient,with a certain degree of openness and affinity architectural form.
