摘　　要：MASTERDREIVES系列传动产品已经逐步被西门子最新的SINAMICS系列替代。而在工程实施中,由于工期或者经费的问题,经常出现部分产品被替代的情况,故对于两种系列产品混合运行的研究十分必要。从分析两种系列产品的共性和差异角度,总结混合运行时需要注意的问题,从改造工程的实际情况出发,介绍在实施两种系列产品混合运行时,如何分析解决过流故障的问题,为后续类似改造项目提供经验。The MASTERDREIVES series of drives has been gradually replaced by the latest SINAMICS series from Siemens.However,in the implementation of the project,some products are often replaced due to time limit or financial problems,so it is necessary to study the mixed operation of the two series of products.From the perspective of analyzing the commonality and difference of two series of products,summarizing the problems that need attention during mixed operation,and introducing how to analyze and solve the prob⁃lem of overcurrent failure when implementing mixed operation of two series of products from the actual situation of transformation project,so as to provide experience for subsequent similar transformation projects.
