摘  要:介绍了马钢焦炉及焦炉煤气现状,分析了焦炉煤气实施精脱硫的必要性,重点对比了目前行业内主要的三种焦炉煤气精脱硫工艺(“DDS生化法”、“水解+干法”和“微晶吸附法”)的优缺点及实施情况。在此基础上,结合马钢实际给出了马钢实施焦炉煤气精脱硫工艺方案选择建议。This article introduces the current situation of coke oven and coke oven gas in Mas⁃teel,analyzes the necessity of fine desulfurization of coke oven gas,and focuses on comparing the ad⁃vantages and disadvantages of the three main fine desulfurization processes of coke oven gas("DDS biochemical method","hydrolysis+dry method"and"microcrystalline adsorption method")and their implementation in the industry.On the basis of this,combined with the actual situation in Mas⁃teel,a proposal for the selection of the fine desulfurization process of coke oven gas in Masteel is given.
