摘 要:采用电吸附除盐技术,对梅山钢铁再生水厂出水进行除盐试验,处理水量为0.5 m^(3)/h,回收率为85%,24 h不间断运行。结果表明,电吸附除盐工艺对氯离子、硫酸根、总硬度和总离子的平均去除率分别为82%、80%、93%和81%,对CODcr也有一定的去除率,电耗为1.208 kW·h/m^(3);该工艺自控程度高、运行操作简单、出水水质稳定、除盐效果明显且直接运行药剂成本较低,用于特定环境下的深度处理耦合工艺是可行的。The desalination test was carried out on the drainage of reclaimed water plant of⁃Meisteel by using electrosorption desalination technology,with a treatment volume of 0.5m^(3)/h,a re⁃covery rate of 85%and 24 h uninterrupted operation.The results showed that the average removal rates of chlorine ion,sulfate,total hardness and total ion by the electrosorption desalination process were 82%,80%,93%and 81%,respectively.The process also had certain removal rate for CODcr.The electricity consumption was 1.208 kW·h/m^(3).The process is highly self-controlled and simple to operate,it has stable drainage quality,obvious desalination effect and low cost of direct operating chemicals,which is feasible for the coupling process of deep treatment in specific environments.
