摘 要:为了进一步提高烧结料层透气性以及达到提产的效果,开发了竖直松料器。并通过烧结杯实验揭示了松料孔径、松料深度以及送料孔面积比对烧结过程及指标的影响规律,结果表明松料孔径为6mm、松料深度为8%、松料孔面积比为20%时对应的烧结利用系数、烧结矿成品率以及转鼓强度指标最优。竖直松料和细化烧结固体燃料粒级的生产实践,可获得了较好的烧结增产及提质效果。In order to further improve the permeability of the sintered material layer as well as to achieve the effect of boosting production,a vertical loosening bar was developed.The sintering cup test revealed the influence law of loosening material aperture size,loosening material depth and loosening material aperture area ratio on the sintering process and indexes.The results showed that the optimum sintering utilization factor,sintering ore yield and drum strength indexes correspond to a loosening material aperture size of 6mm,loosening material depth of 8%and loosening material aperture area ratio of 20%.The production practice of vertical loosening and refinement of sintered solid fuel particle size can obtain a better sintering yield increase and quality improvement effect.
