气相色谱法测定供水用塑料管材中增塑剂的含量

摘  要:采用气相色谱法与FID检测器对六种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂DBP、BBP、DEHP、DNOP、DINP和D I D P的出峰时间进行定性,同时利用己二酸二乙酯作为内标物进行定量检测。通过测定和计算得出DBP的检出限为0.029 mg/kg,精密度重复性为5.930 57%(以3倍标准偏差计算),再现性为24.209 63%(以3倍标准偏差计算);再对给水用聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材样品进行检测和加标回收试验,得到DBP加标回收率为81%。可见本检验检测方法适用于给水用聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的检测,其可行性、有效性和准确性都符合要求。The peak time of six phthalate plasticizers DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP, DINP and DIDP were qualitatively determined by gas chromatography and FID detector, and quantitative analysis was carried out using diethyl adipate as the internal standard. The detection limit of DBP was 0.029 mg/kg, the precision and repeatability were 5.930 57%(calculated by 3 times standard deviation)and the reproducibility was 24.209 63%(calculated by 3 times standard deviation). The recovery rate of DBP was 81% through the detection and standard addition recovery test of PVC pipe for water supply. It can be seen that this test method is applicable to the determination of phthalate plasticizer content in polyvinyl chloride(PVC) pipes for water supply, and the accuracy, effectiveness and feasibility meet the requirements.
