摘  要:针对生物医药企业现有料罐称重装置及管道流量计的数据追溯难、计量准确性低等问题,通过设计一套能够进行全程监控的在线校准方案,可以实现生物医药企业现场称重单元校准、流量计校准、数据自动采集、存储数据及追溯评价。同时,利用校准系统软件能够对在线称重单元及流量计校准结果的准确性、合规性、计量安全性进行智能评定及监控,并自动生成报告,方便用户使用,对保障生物医药企业药品生产流程稳定、提升药品质量、增加企业收益具有重要意义。In view of the difficulties in data traceability and low accuracy of measurement of the existing material tank weighing device and pipeline flowmeter in biomedical enterprises, this paper designs an online calibration scheme that can be monitored throughout the whole process, which can realize on-site weighing unit calibration, flowmeter calibration, automatic data collection, data storage and traceability evaluation. At the same time, the software of the calibration system can be used to evaluate and monitor the accuracy, compliance, and measurement safety of the calibration results of online weighing unit and flowmeter intelligently, and automatically generate reports, which is convenient for users to use and of great significance to ensure drug production process, improve drug quality and increase enterprise income.
