聚苯硫醚树脂注塑成型工艺研究及应用

摘　　要：聚苯硫醚是一种稳定的晶体状树脂物质,可用于要求刚性、耐久性的机械产品,要求耐热、耐燃的电气产品,也可用于要求耐腐蚀的化学装置及其他方面。文章首先阐述了聚苯硫醚通常采用的注塑、挤塑、模压、喷涂等方法的成型方法,其次研究了聚苯硫醚树脂注塑的要点和成型工艺;最后对聚苯硫醚树脂注塑成型成品在电子电气、机械领域、汽车领域、家电、军工领域、纤维、薄膜等主要范围的应用进行了概述。Polyphenylene sulfide is a stable crystalline resin substance, it can be used for mechanical products requiring rigidity and durability, electrical products requiring heat and flame resistance, chemical devices requiring corrosion resistance and other aspects. This paper firstly describes the usual methods of molding polyphenylene sulphide by injection molding, extrusion, molding and spraying, and secondly examines the key points of injection molding and the molding process of polyphenylene sulphide resins. Finally, the application of PPS resin injection molding products in the fields of electronics and electrical, machinery, automotive, home appliances, military, fiber, film and other major areas is summarized.
