摘 要:通过沸腾造粒法制备Ag I焰剂,调节焰剂中的Ag I含量为0.5%至2.0%,考察不同Ag I含量对焰剂性能的影响。测试了Ag I焰剂的成核率和核化速率,测试了撞击感度、摩擦感度、热感度和静电感度。试验结果表明在Ag I含量为1%时得到最优配方FTYJ10,在-20℃下,FTYJ10成核率达到3.36×10^(14)/gAg I,核化速率为6min到7min,达到BR-91-Y的水平。通过电子显微镜观察FTYJ10冰晶形貌。电子显微镜照片显示在-15℃下,FTYJ10冰晶主要呈盘型和树枝型。感度测试结果表明FTYJ10和BR-91-Y撞击感度、摩擦感度、热感度和静电感度接近。FTYJ10替代BR-91-Y在增雨防雹焰剂生产领域具有广阔应用前景。The AgI-type pyrotechnics was prepared by fluidized bed prill method. The AgI content of the pyrotechnics was adjusted to 0.5%-2.0%. The effect of different Ag I content on pyrotechnics was investigated. The ice nucleation effectivenesses and nucleating rates of Ag I-type pyrotechnics were investigated. The impact sensitivity, friction sensitivity, heat sensitivity and electrostatic inductance were tested. The test results show that the optimal formula is FTYJ10 with Ag I content of 1%,which reach the level of BR-91-Y, and at-20 ℃, ice nucleation effectivenesses of FTYJ10 is 3.36×10^(14)/g Ag I, the rate of nucleating is 6-7 min. The morphology of ice crystals FTYJ10 was observed by electron microscopy. The electron microscope photographs show that at-15 ℃, FTYJ10 ice crystals are mainly plate and dendrite. The sensitivity test results show that the impact sensitivity, friction sensitivity, heat sensitivity and electrostatic inductance of FTYJ10 and BR-91-Y are similar. FTYJ10 instead of BR-91-Y in the field of rain-enhancement and hailsuppression pyrotechnics manufacturing have a broad application prospect.
