摘　　要：当前石化工程发展趋势愈发显著,且规模覆盖范围愈发广泛,在这样的背景下做好工程项目的造价管理十分必要,能够确保资金各项安排符合规范,也能够有效控制在工程领域的成本损失。在实施造价管控期间,相关单位需遵循全过程战略思想,深入分析目前在管理实施方面的困境,并探索更加规范的管理路径。At present, the development trend of petrochemical projects is becoming more and more significant, and the scope of scale coverage is becoming more and more extensive. It is necessary to do a good job of cost management of engineering projects under such a background, which can ensure that the arrangements of funds are in line with the specifications and can also effectively control the cost loss in the engineering field. During the implementation of cost control, relevant units need to follow the whole process of strategic thinking, deeply analyze the current dilemma in management and implementation, and explore a more standardized management path.
