摘　　要：随着等离子、激光、放疗技术的高速发展,医学上将其治疗早期声门型喉恶性肿瘤取得了较好的疗效并极大的降低了术后并发症。但是目前也存在着技术及设备特性不同,使用效果有不同程度差异,选择何种治疗方案能取得更好的治疗效果是目前关注的重点。本文就现阶段技术在早期声门型喉恶性肿瘤手术中的应用及进展做一简要综述。With the rapid development of plasma,laser and radiotherapy technology,the treatment of early glottis laryngeal malignancy tumor has achieved good efficacy and greatly reduced postoperative complications.However,technologies and equipment characteristics is different.The effect of use varies to varying degrees,which treatment plan can achieve better treatment results is the focus of current attention.This paper briefly reviews the application and progress of the technology on current stage in the early glottis laryngeal malignancy tumor surgery.
