摘　　要：目的探究胸腺五肽联合CO_(2)激光对女性尖锐湿疣患者免疫功能的影响。方法根据随机数字表法,将2018年4月至2020年5月我院收治的118例女性尖锐湿疣患者分为对照组(59例,CO_(2)激光治疗)和联合组(59例,胸腺五肽+CO_(2)激光治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平均高于治疗前,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均低于治疗前,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的白细胞分化抗原4阳性(CD4^(+))、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))高于对照组,白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD8^(+))低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后6个月的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腺五肽联合CO_(2)激光治疗女性尖锐湿疣的效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of thymopentin combined with CO_(2) laser on immunologic function of female patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods A total of 118 female patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2020 were divided into control group(59 cases,CO_(2) laser treatment)and combined group(59 cases,thymopentin+CO_(2) laser treatment)according to the random number table method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were lower than those before treatment,and those of the combined group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cluster of differentiation 4 positive(CD4^(+))and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and the cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD8^(+))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The thymopentin combined with CO_(2) laser in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum has a significant effect.
