腋静脉留置针在危重新生儿护理中的应用及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析腋静脉留置针在危重新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取安徽省妇幼保健院2019年12月至2020年12月诊治的58例危重新生儿开展本次研究,随机将其均分为对照组29例和观察组29例,分别给予头皮留置针穿刺和腋静脉留置针穿刺,比较两组干预效果。结果:与对照组静脉针留置时间(4.65±0.68)d相比,观察组(2.35±0.86)d明显偏低(t=11.297,P<0.001),与对照组一次穿刺成功率75.86%相比,观察组的96.55%明显偏高(χ^(2)=5.220,P=0.022);与对照组并发症发生率27.59%相比,观察组的6.90%明显偏低(χ^(2)=4.350,P=0.037);与对照组护理满意度75.86%相比,观察组的96.55%明显偏高(χ^(2)=5.220,P=0.022)。结论:给予危重新生儿腋静脉留置针穿刺能够有效缩短静脉针留置时间,能够显著提升患儿安全性和护理质量,具有应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of axillary vein indwelling needle in the nursing of critically ill newborns.Methods:A total of 58 critically ill newborns diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for this study.They were randomLy divided into 29 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the observation group.They were given scalp indwelling needle puncture and Axillary vein indwelling needle puncture,the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group's intravenous needle retention time(4.65±0.68)d,the observation group(2.35±0.86)d was significantly lower(t=11.297,P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the success rate of one puncture was 75.86%,96.55% of the observation group was significantly higher(χ^(2)=5.220,P=0.022);compared with the control group's 27.59% complication rate,the observation group was significantly lower at 6.90%(χ^(2)=4.350,P=0.037);compared with the control group's nursing satisfaction Compared with 75.86%,96.55% of the observation group was significantly higher(χ^(2)=5.220,P=0.022).Conclusion:Axillary vein indwelling needle puncture for critically ill newborns can effectively shorten the indwelling time of intravenous needles,and can significantly improve the safety and nursing quality of children,and has application value.
