天然高岭土粒度影响制备洗涤用4A沸石研究

摘　　要：选取茂名露天矿、华德岭和金塘镇高岭土矿沟的上、中和下层位置共9个天然高岭土样品,脱水后进行50~200目筛分,其中50目和100目的高岭土质量分别约占高岭土总质量的32%和34%。将不同粒度的高岭土用500℃相对低温的碱熔活化法制备出4A沸石,考察其用作洗涤助剂的主要指标。结果表明,4A沸石的钙交换量指标明显随高岭土的粒度的减小而增大,白度指标也显示较明显的变化趋势。而粒度对灼烧失量无明显影响。露天矿中层土制备出4A沸石的核心指标钙交换量值达267 mg CaCO_(3)/g,最接近285 mg CaCO_(3)/g合格品的要求。A total of nine natural kaolin samples from the upper,middle and lower positions of Maoming open-pit mine,Huadeling and Jintang Town kaolin ditches were selected and screened from 50~200 mesh after dehydration,the mass of 50 mesh and 100 mesh accounted for 32%and 34%of the total mass of kaolin respectively.4A zeolite was prepared from kaolin with different particle sizes by alkali melting activation at 500℃,and the main indexes of 4A zeolite used as washing aids were investigated.The results show that the calcium exchange capacity index of 4A zeolite increases obviously with the decrease of the particle size of kaolin,and the whiteness index also shows a clear change trend.However,the particle size has no obvious effect on the burning loss.The calcium exchange capacity of 4A zeolite prepared from the middle soil of open-pit mine is 267 mg CaCO_(3)/g,which is closest to the requirement of 285 mg CaCO_(3)/g qualified product.
