地铁行车设备设施维修施工管理难点及解决策略

摘　　要：通过对目前地铁行车设备设施维修施工管理的难点进行研究,以减少人工介入、全业务流程管理为思路,从管理工具、关联关系及相关业务管理等方面提出解决措施,降低人员在重复工作,减少管理中人的不安全行为,提高施工管理自动化措施,最后以佛山地铁行车设备设施施工管理为例进行说明,并对未来管理趋势进行探讨。Based on the research and analysis of the difficulties in the maintenance and construction management of subway equipment and facilities,and for the purpose of reducing manual intervention and full business process management,this paper puts forward some solving measures from the aspects of management tools,relationship,related business management and so on,which reduces personnel's repetitive work and unsafe behavior in managementand meanwhile improves construction management automation measures.Finally,with the construction management of Foshan subway equipment and facilities as an example,the future management trend is discussed.
