摘 要:干燥综合征(SS)是一种慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,其特征为外分泌腺的淋巴细胞浸润导致口眼干燥,还可影响肺、肾、肝等多个系统。先天性和适应性免疫途径的激活均可诱发SS,在SS患者中发现激活Toll样受体、JAK-STAT、TNF、NF-κB等信号通路均与SS的发生发展相关,但其潜在发病机制仍不清楚。本文对其相关信号通路进行综述,为深入了解SS的发病机制提供参考。Sj?gren’s syndrome(SS)is now considered a chronic inflammatory systemic autoimmune disease characterized by lymphocytic infiltration of exocrine glands that causes xerostomia and xerophthalmia and affect multiple organ systems including lung,kidney,liver and so on. Activation of both innate and adaptive immune pathways contributes to the pathogenesis of SS. According to previous studies,Toll-like receptors,JAK-STAT,TNF,NF-κB and other signaling pathways were reported to be involved in the development of SS while its underlying pathophysiological mechanisms remains open to debate. In order to provide a reference for the pathogenesis of SS,the paper carried out a review on progression of its related signaling pathways in recent years.
