摘　　要：分析了价值医疗理念下预住院模式的特点,介绍了某三甲医院预住院模式的开展现状,总结了预住院价值目标的实现路径。同时,分析了预住院模式的运行成效,发现当前预住院开展规模和手术情况符合三级医院功能定位,预住院患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用低于普通入院患者,住院模式未增加患者经济负担。从质量控制、成本效益、功能延伸上提出了改进预住院模式的思考和建议。It analyzes the characteristics of pre-hospitalization under the value concept,introduces the current situation of pre-hospitalization in a Class A tertiary hospital in Guangzhou,and summarizes the realization path of the pre-hospitalization value goal.At the same time,the operation effect of the pre-hospitalization is analyzed.It is found that the current pre-hospitalization scale and operation situation are in line with the functional orientation of the tertiary hospital.The average hospitalization days and average hospitalization expenses of pre-hospitalized patients were lower than those of ordinary hospitalized patients.Pre-hospitalization did not increase the economic burden of patients.It puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on improving the pre-hospitalization mode from the aspects of quality control,cost-effectiveness and function extension.
