摘  要:医学生是医学发展的后备力量,如何提高其创新能力至关重要。根据医学生接受医学教育并参加社会实践的双重属性,针对性指导医学生开展创新创业项目,探讨医学生创新思维训练的全新模式。基于新冠肺炎疫情衍生出的社会医疗问题,以需求为导向建立师生双向对接机制等版块,实现便捷、有效的启发引导,为激发医学生创新思维并提高其医学创新能力奠定基础,有利于提高医学生在面临重大公共卫生事件时的应变能力及生涯适应力。Medical students are the reserve force of medical development.How to improve their innovation ability is very important.According to the dual attributes of medical students receiving medical education and participating in social practice,aiming at guiding medical students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship projects,it discusses a new mode of innovative thinking training for medical students.Based on the social medical problems derived from the COVID-19,it should establish a demand-oriented two-way docking mechanism between teachers and students,so as to realize convenient and effective enlightenment and guidance,and lay a foundation for stimulating medical students’innovative thinking and improving their medical innovation ability.It is beneficial to improve the adaptability and career adaptability of medical students in the face of major social health events.
