摘　　要：为切实推进国企办医现代医院管理制度建设,丰富集团化管控下制度体系建设研究,结合国企办医、集团化管控工作实际,创新性构建了以制度框架体系、核心管理制度体系、核心制度范本、制度建设标准作业程序、制度建设评价量表为主要内容的“五个一”集团化管控下现代医院管理制度体系。通过体系构建与实施,有效提升了集团化管控下国企办医疗机构治理、管理工作规范化水平,促进集团化管控作用的发挥。In order to effectively promote the construction of modern hospital management system in state-owned enterprises hospitals and enrich the research on the system construction under group management and control,combined with the actual work of central enterprises running medical institutions and group control,it has innovatively built the“Five-One”modern hospital management system under group control with the system framework system,core management system,core system model,system construction standard operating procedures,and system construction evaluation scale as the main contents.Through the construction and implementation of the system,the level of governance and management standardization of medical institutions run by central enterprises under group control has been effectively improved,and the role of group control has been promoted.
