摘 要:目的探讨心脏X综合征相关危险因素。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月在山西省心血管病医院住院期间诊断为心脏X综合征患者55例为实验组,另选取58例健康体检者为对照组。检测所有入选者空腹血糖(Glu)、总胆固醇(T-CH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、非对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy),收集两组的年龄、性别、高血压病、糖尿病史及吸烟史。结果X综合征组的血清ADMA、Hcy浓度均高于对照组,组间分布差异有统计学意义[(3.99±1.95)μmol/L比(1.93±0.48)μmol/L,P<0.05;(23.55±3.65)μmol/L比(15.22±3.12)μmol/L,P<0.05],Glu、T-CH、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C组间分布无统计学意义(P>0.05),年龄、性别及高血压病、糖尿病史及吸烟史组间分布无统计学意义(P>0.05);X综合征组血ADMA浓度与Hcy浓度呈正相关(r=0.675,P<0.001),对照组ADMA与Hcy两指标无相关性。结论ADMA、Hcy为心脏X综合征的相关危险因素,Hcy与ADMA在代谢过程中存在着密切联系。Objective To investigate the risk factors of cardiac syndrome X.Methods Fifty-five cardiac syndrome X patients admitted in Shanxi Cardiovascular Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 served as the experimental group and fifty-eight healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Fasting blood glucose(Glu),total cholesterol(T-CH),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)and homocysteine(Hcy)were detected in all the selected subjects.All the age,sex,history of hypertension,diabetes and smoking histories were collected.Results The concentrations of serum ADMA and Hcy in the cardiac syndrome X group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant[(3.99±1.95)μmol/L vs.(1.93±0.48)μmol/L,P<0.05;(23.55±3.65)μmol/L vs.(15.22±3.12)μmol/L,P<0.05].The distribution of Glu,T-CH,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,age,gender,hypertension history,diabetes history and smoking history between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the blood ADMA concentration and Hcy concentration in experimental group(r=0.675,P<0.001),and there was no correlation between ADMA and Hcy in the control group.Conclusion ADMA and Hcy are the risk factors of cardiac syndrome X and there is a close relationship between Hcy and ADMA in metabolism process.
