摘  要:瘤胃作为反刍动物特有的消化代谢器官,能高效降解植物纤维并进行能量代谢转化,为人类提供优质的食物蛋白质。营养物质在瘤胃内的高效转化利用对提高饲料利用率及解决人畜争粮问题有重要意义。近年来,瘤胃营养生理研究领域快速发展,本文结合国内外相关研究进展,从动物消化道营养概念的提出、反刍动物瘤胃稳态建立与维持、反刍动物瘤胃微生物-宿主互作、瘤胃营养生理与反刍动物高效健康生产等多个维度进行综述,期望为从事反刍动物消化道营养研究的国内同行提供一定参考。Rumen,as a unique digestion and metabolism organ of ruminants,can efficiently degrade plant fiber and conduct energy metabolism and transformation,and provide high-value protein food sources for human.The efficient conversion and utilization of nutrients in the rumen are of great significance for improving feed efficiency and also solving the problem of food competition between humans and livestock.In recent years,it makes great progress on the field of rumen nutrition and physiology research.In this paper,the concept of animal gastrointestinal nutrition,the establishment and maintenance of rumen homeostasis in ruminants,ruminal microbial-host interaction and relationship between rumen nutrition physiology and efficient and healthy ruminant production are reviewed.It is expected to provide some references for colleagues in the field of ruminant gastrointestinal nutrition research.
