摘  要:随着上游三峡水库和梯级水库群的运行,长江中下游河段崩岸风险加剧。以下游扬中河段为研究对象,建立了江岸稳定性计算的模糊评价模型。对于各江岸稳定性重点相关指标对应的稳定性等级划分,研究以实测资料统计分析和文献综述为主要手段,结合理论分析,建立了岸坡稳定、较稳定、较不稳定和不稳定的四级稳定程度具体划分标准。选取小泡沙右汊右岸进行典型岸段的稳定性计算,结果表明该岸段近期崩岸风险较大,较不稳定和不稳定概率合计83%,实际上,2021年正在进行的长江扬中河段二期整治工程中,该河段即为重点崩岸治理区域,这说明了研究建立的计算模型可为长江下游崩岸治理提供理论和技术支撑。With the operation of the upstream Three Gorges Reservoir and cascade reservoirs,the risk of bank collapse in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River has increased.An evaluation model for the calculation of riverbank stability was established for the Yangzhong reach.The classification critical values of the stability grades corresponding to the key related indicators were determined by statistical analysis of measured data and literature review,combined with theoretical analysis.Four grades of riverbank stability,stable grade,relatively stable grade,relatively unstable grade and unstable grade were established.The right bank of Xiaopaosha is selected for the stability calculation.The results show that the bank has a relatively high risk of bank collapse in the near period and the probability of bank collapse was 83%.In fact,a bank reinforcement project is carried in 2021,which shows that the calculation model established in this study can provide theoretical and technical support for bank collapse management in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
