摘 要:船闸作为综合交通运输体系中不可或缺的组成部分,与内河水运效益息息相关。基于其重要的地位和长久的服役年限,开展内河船闸的服役状态评价研究具有现实意义。目前国内外内河船闸服役状态评价研究中的评价对象、指标筛选范围、评价方法客观程度仍需改善。为更加系统全面有效地评价内河船闸的服役状态,对船闸进行了功能界定与船闸系统结构分解,构建了涵盖运营阶段的全生命周期的内河船闸服役状态评价指标体系,通过序关系法进行指标权重赋值,并对各个指标进行了定义及量化评分,最后以施桥一号船闸为实例验证了模型的有效性。该体系的建立对船闸管理、运营及维修加固单位等对船闸进行综合评估,了解船闸的薄弱指标并采取相关措施进行提升改造具有重要的意义。As an indispensable part of the comprehensive transportation system,the ship lock is closely related to inland water transport benefits.Because of its important position and long service life,it is of practical significance to carry out the service state evaluation research of inland river ship lock.The evaluation objects,index screening scope and objective degree of evaluation methods in the service status evaluation of inland river ship locks still need to be improved.In order to evaluate the service state of inland river ship lock more systematically,comprehensively and effectively,the function of the ship lock was defined and the structure of the ship lock system was decomposed.The evaluation index system of service status of inland river ship lock covering the whole life cycle of operation stage was constructed.The index weight was assigned by the order relation method,and each index was defined and quantified.And finally,Shiqiao No.1 lock was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the model.The establishment of this system is of great value to the ship lock management,operation and maintenance and reinforcement units to understand the weak indicators of the ship lock and take relevant measures for improvement and transformation.
