摘 要:结合裕溪一线船闸三角闸门改建工程,通过闸门整体静力分析后选取其中具有代表性的球节点建立包含焊缝的球节点模型,确定焊接过程相关参数,利用ANSYS热分析功能模拟焊接过程得到节点温度场,选取典型路径并分析其分布特点。在建立的焊接球节点有限元模型以及焊接温度场基础上,采用间接耦合方法得到焊接应力场,分析焊接残余应力分布情况,进而分析残余应力对球节点受力以及变形的影响。得到以下结论:球节点焊接残余应力影响范围较小,控制相邻杆件距离可有效减少焊缝间相互影响;残余应力随着钢管与球壳直径增大而增大;受拉钢管焊缝更易发生屈服。Combined with the reconstruction project of the sector gate of Yuxi first line ship lock,the representative spherical joint in the gate was selected to establish the spherical joint model including the weld,determined the relevant parameters of the welding process,and obtained the temperature field of the welding process by using the ANSYS thermal analysis function.On the basis of the finite element model and welding temperature field,the indirect coupling method was used to obtain the welding stress field,analyzed the distribution of welding residual stress,and then analyzed the influence of residual stress on the stress and deformation of spherical joints.The conclusions are as follows:the influence range of welding residual stress of spherical joints is small,and the mutual influence can be effectively reduced by designing appropriate distance between adjacent members.The residual stress increases with the diameter of the tube and spherical shell.The weld of steel pipe in tensile stress is more prone to yield.
