中医药治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖的研究进展

摘　　要：2型糖尿病是一种持续高血糖状态的慢性代谢性疾病,易伴发肥胖。肥胖是长期的能量摄入超过消耗而致脂肪慢性累积的疾病。2型糖尿病和肥胖关系密切,肥胖加大了机体患2型糖尿病的概率。2型糖尿病合并肥胖促使血管性疾病、呼吸暂停综合征及其他并发症的患病率上升。现代医学多采用药物、代谢性手术治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖,但药物易引起胃肠道反应,部分患者难以耐受,而代谢性手术等有创治疗,具有一定风险性,且易导致营养吸收不良。中医疗法具有整体审察、病证结合、无创和不良反应少等优势,2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者亦能从中获益。Type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by persistent hyperglycemia and is prone to obesity.Obesity refers to the process of chronic fat accumulation caused by long-term energy intake exceeding consumption.Type 2 diabetes is closely related to obesity,and obesity increases the risk of type 2 diabetes.Type 2 diabetes combined with obesity increases the risk of vascular disease,apnea syndrome,and other complications.Western medicine mostly uses small molecule drugs and metabolic surgery to treat type 2 diabetes combined with obesity,but drugs can easily cause gastric intestinal reactions,which are difficult for some patients to tolerate.Metabolic surgery has certain risks and easily leads to the malabsorption of nutrients.Chinese medical therapy has the advantages of holistic view,combination of disease and syndrome,non-invasiveness,and few side effects,and is beneficial to patients with type 2 diabetes combined with obesity.
