摘　　要：光动力疗法可分为传统光动力疗法和日光-光动力疗法。c-PDT已广泛应用在皮肤科多种疾病的治疗中,但是耗时长、费用高、疼痛明显,严重影响患者治疗的依从性。近年来临床工作者不断寻求更优化的替代疗法。DL-PDT是以日光作为光源,短时间外敷光敏剂后即可照光治疗,具有耗时短、操作简单、治疗面积广和无痛等优点。已被国内外指南推荐用于治疗日光性角化病,同时更多的临床研究也将DL-PDT应用在其他皮肤病的治疗中。本文就DL-PDT的作用机制及其在皮肤科的临床应用进展进行综述。Nowadays,there are two types of photodynamic therapy:conventional photodynamic therapy(c-PDT) and daylight-photodynamic therapy(DL-PDT). c-PDT has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases in dermatology,but it is time-consuming,expensive and painful that affect patient’s compliance seriously. Therefore,clinicians have been seeking more proper alternative therapies. DL-PDT uses sunlight as the light source,and the site of lesion can be irradiated after topical application of photosensitizer for a short time.. Its advantages include time-saving,simple operation process,wide treatment field and painless. DL-PDT has already been recommended for the treatment of solar keratosis in guidelines,more and more clinical studies have also applied DL-PDT in other skin diseases. Hence,this article will review the mechanism of DL-PDT and its clinical application progresses in dermatology.
