摘 要:为降低开发东胜气田(致密低渗含水气藏类型)单位产能地面建设投资、提高集输效率及管理效率,通过多方案比选、集成设计并应用数字化技术,对气田低压集输模式进行了优化完善。经理论分析及实践优化,形成了含水气藏差异化集输技术,建立了地面优快部署建设方法,并构建全流程数字化管控体系,提高了地面系统在气田滚动开发、快速建产模式的适应性并降低了投资。“十三五”期间,东胜气田全面推广应用相关技术成果,实现了气田经济高效集输。Dongsheng Gas Field belongs to the type of tight and low-permeability water bearing gas reservoir,and the investment in surface construction of gas field development unit capacity is high.In order to reduce surface investment and improve gathering and transportation efficiency and management efficiency,the low-pressure gathering and transportation mode of gas field is optimized and improved through multi scheme comparison,integrated design and application of digital technology.The differentiated gathering and transporting technology of water bearing gas reservoir is formed,the construction method of optimal and rapid deployment on the ground is established,and the whole process digital control system is constructed,which improves the adaptability of surface system to the rolling development and rapid production mode of gas field and reduces the investment.During the period of“Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,Dongsheng Gas Field comprehensively popularized relevant technical achievements,which has realized economic and efficient gas gathering and transporting.
