摘  要:以天然橡胶(NR)为基体,选取20份N774、N550和白炭黑分别与40份N990协同补强NR,并借助Ding-Leonov硫化动力学模型考察相同填料用量水平下纯N990填充体系和填料替代体系对硫磺硫化NR复合材料硫化过程和硫化返原行为的影响。结果表明:Ding-Leonov硫化动力学模型能较好描述硫磺硫化体系硫化NR的硫化行为,交联键分解反应对温度的依赖性要高于硫化先驱体分解产生交联中间体的反应,采用低粒径炭黑以及白炭黑部分替代N990均使硫磺硫化NR混炼胶的高温硫化返原现象加剧。与仅用N990填充胶料相比,随着替代炭黑粒径的降低,NR混炼胶的硫化程度和硫化速率均提高,NR硫化胶的拉伸强度相近,硬度和定伸应力不同程度提高;而用20份白炭黑替代等量N990,硫化程度变化不大,硫化速率增大,硫化胶回弹性略有下降,但具有较高的拉断伸长率。In this study,the 20 phr N774,N550 and silica were cooperated with 40 phr N990 to reinforce natural rubber(NR),respectively.The effects of the above-mentioned filler systems on the curing behavior and curing reversion kinetics of NR composites were investigated according to the Ding-Leonov curing kinetics model in comparison with pure N990 filler system at the same loading of fillers.The results reveal that the Ding-Leonov curing kinetics model can well describe the curing behavior of sulfur-cured NR composites.The dependence of decomposition reaction of cross-links on temperature is higher than the dependence of the decomposition reaction of vulcanization precursor into crosslinking intermediates on temperature.When the particle size of substituted carbon black decreased and silica partially replaced N990,the high temperature vulcanization reversion of sulfur-cured NR compounds was intensified.Compared with pure N990 filler,when the particle size of substituted carbon black decreased,the vulcanization extent and curing rate of NR composites increased,and the tensile strength of NR vulcanizates was similar,but the hardness and modulus at 100%/300%elongation increased.Moreover,when 20phr silica was used as the equivalent replacement of N990,the vulcanization extent changed slightly,and the curing rate increased,and the resilience of NR vulcanizate decreased slightly,but it obtained a relatively higher elongation at break.
