摘 要:采用本体聚合法合成不同相对分子质量及键合(AN)含量的(SAN)树脂,将其与ABS接枝粉料熔融共混,制备出具有不同结构的ABS树脂,考察了不同结构的SAN树脂对ABS树脂各项性能的影响。结果表明,SAN树脂的相对分子质量越高,ABS树脂的冲击强度、拉伸强度越高,产品白度基本不变。SAN树脂的AN含量越高,ABS树脂的冲击强度呈现先增加后下降的趋势、拉伸强度逐渐提高,产品白度呈下降趋势。SAN resins with different relative molecular weight and AN binding amount were synthesized by bulk polymerization.ABS resins with different structures were prepared by blending with ABS grafting powder.The effects of SAN resins with different structures on various properties of ABS resins were investigated.The experimental results show that the higher the relative molecular weight of SAN resin are,the higher the impact toughness and tensile strength of ABS resin is,and the whiteness of the product is basically unchanged.The higher the amount of AN binding of SAN resin,the impact strength of ABS resin increases firstly and then decreases,and the tensile strength increases gradually,and the whiteness of the product decreases.
