摘  要:劳动精神秉持劳动哲学的价值逻辑,探索劳动和人的解放,其赋予高校教师的职业道德建设和教育职能素养提升以理论依据和时代的逻辑。基于时代精神要求和高校教师素养培育需求,可以将劳动精神与高校教师智能教育素养需求相结合,针对教师的劳动幸福感和劳动意识问题,帮助教师应对新技术融合的教育挑战。因此,分析探讨劳动精神与教师智能素养的关系,以及二者融合的时代价值,并提出具体的融入路径,以期提升高校教师智能教育素养,推动高校教育现代化建设,进而实现利用智慧技术赋能学习者的目标。Labor spirit upholds the value logic of labor philosophy,and explores the liberation of labor and people.It endows college teachers with the construction of professional ethics and the improvement of educational function quality based on theoretical basis and the logic of the times.Based on the requirements of the spirit of the times and the needs of college teachers quality cultivation,it is necessary to combine labor spirit with the needs of college teachers intelligent education quality,and help teachers cope with the educational challenges of new technology integration in view of the problem of teachers labor happiness and labor consciousness.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between labor spirit and teachers intelligent quality,as well as the era value of the integration,and puts forward specific integration paths,in order to improve the intelligence education quality of college teachers,promote the construction of modernization of college education,thus achieve the goal of using wisdom technology to empower learners.
