摘 要:劳动与社会保障专业属于应用社会学,因解决社会问题而设立,是培养从事劳动人事管理、社会服务专业人才的主阵地。与其他人文社科类专业一样,目前专业建设面临诸如课程体系陈旧、实践环节不足,人才培养与社会需求脱节、学生就业匹配率和岗位满意度不高等问题。鉴于此,立足苏州城市学院劳动与社会保障专业的具体实际,探索新文科背景下专业建设的转型之路,以期实现专业的自我革新和再出发。The major of labor and social security belongs to applied sociology,which is set up to solve social problems.It is the main position to train professionals engaged in labor and personnel management and social services.Like other humanities and social sciences majors,the current major construction is facing problems such as outdated curriculum system,insufficient practice links,the disconnection between talent training and social needs,the low matching rate of student employment,and low job satisfaction.Based on the specific reality of the labor and social security major of Suzhou City University,this paper explores the transformation path of professional construction under the background of new liberal arts in order to realize the self-innovation and re-starting of the major.
