摘  要:百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。高校教师在肩负人才培养重担的同时也承受着种种压力。高校教师的工作压力问题,已经成为新时期我国高校师资管理的新挑战,而员工帮助计划EAP可以帮助解决员工个人问题、减轻员工工作压力,它与高校教师管理有着密切联系。以高校中最早采用EAP服务模式的美国密苏里大学为例进行案例分析,发现问题、总结经验,进而为我国高校教师压力管理提供可鉴思路与优化途径。Education is the foundation of a century-long project.Teachers are the foundation of education.College teachers shoulder the burden of talent training but also bear various pressures.In the new era,teachers' work pressure in universities has become a new challenge for the management of teachers in China.Employee Assistance Program(EAP)is designed to solve the personal problems of employees and reduce their work pressure,which is closely related to the management of teachers in universities.Taking University of Missouri,the first university to adopt EAP service mode,as an example,problems were found and experiences were summarized after case analysis,thus providing referable ideas and optimization approaches for pressure management of college teachers in China.
