摘　　要：多奈哌齐是第二代特异的可逆性中枢乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂(Acetylcholinesterase inhibitors,ACh EIs),主要用于阿尔兹海默症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)、血管性痴呆等疾病的治疗,临床应用广泛。通过对近年来关于多奈哌齐不良反应的文献进行综述,发现多奈哌齐引起的不良反应主要包括胃肠道反应、心律失常、精神紊乱等,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。Donepezil is one of the second-generation specific reversible central acetylcholinesterase inhibitors(ACh EIs).It iswidely applicatedin the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),vascular dementia and other diseases in clinical practice.In order to provide a scientific basis for clinical applications,this articlesummarized the adverse reactions of donepezil.By reviewing the relevant literature in recent years,it was foundthat the adverse reactions of donepezil weremainly gastrointestinal reactions,arrhythmias and mental disorders.
