摘  要:为了评价非洲菊的耐寒性,本研究测定了不同低温处理的非洲菊“云南红”和“大雪桔”叶片相对电导率、抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量及耐寒相关基因表达水平。结果表明:非洲菊“云南红”和“大雪桔”叶片相对电导率随着温度的降低而升高,在0℃时达到49.4%和55.7%;抗氧化酶活性和MDA、Pro含量也都随着温度的降低逐渐升高,在5℃达到最高值,且非洲菊“云南红”的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、Pro含量均显著高于“大雪桔”,分别为“大雪桔”的3.1倍、1.24倍和1.19倍;但“云南红”MDA含量低于“大雪桔”。在低温条件下(5℃),“云南红”耐寒相关基因GjFSII、GjCHS、GjSOD、GjCAT2相对表达量都高于“大雪桔”,分别为“大雪桔”的1.10、1.14、1.13和1.14倍。To evaluate cold tolerance of Gerbera jamesonii,this study determined the relative electrical conductivity(EC),antioxidant enzyme activity,malondialdehyde(MDA) and proline(Pro) contents,and the expression levels of cold-resistant genes in leaves of G.jamesonii ‘Yunnanhong’ and ‘Daxueju’ treated with low temperature.The result showed that the EC values of both cultivars increased with the decrease of the temperature.At 0 ℃,the EC values of ‘Yunnanhong’ and ‘Daxueju’ were 49.4% and 55.7%,respectively.The antioxidant enzyme activity and contents of MDA and Pro also increased with the decrease of the temperature,and reached the maximum values at 5 ℃.The activities of superoxide dismutase and peroxidase and content of Pro in ‘Yunnanhong’ were significantly higher than those of ‘Daxueju’,which were 3.1-,1.24-,and 1.19-fold of those of ‘Daxueju’,respectively.However,the content of MDA in ‘Yunnanju’ was lower than that in ‘Daxueju’.At low temperature(5 ℃),the relative expression levels of cold-resistant genes,GjFSII,GjCHS,GjSOD,GjCAT2 in ‘Yunnanhong’were higher than those of ‘Daxueju’,which were 1.10-,1.14-,1.13-,and 1.14-fold higher than those of ‘Daxueju’,respectively.
