摘 要:以SY04-3、云烟87、延晒6号及NC95等4个具有代表性的烟草品种为试材,研究接种PVY后烟苗干物质积累、叶绿素含量、光合速率、抗氧化酶活性等生理指标的变化。结果表明:抗病性越强的品种相比对照处理在干物质积累、净光合速率及叶绿素含量的下降幅度越小,而丙二醛含量的上升幅度越小;抗病性越强的品种在前期抗氧化酶活性上升幅度越大而后期下降幅度越小。以接种PVY 28 d的各生理生化指标值进行抗性综合评价,抗性由强到弱依次为SY04-3、延晒6号、云烟87和NC95,其综合排序与人工接种鉴定结果保持一致,因此,可将干物质积累、光合速率、抗氧化酶活性等逆境生理指标作为辅助鉴定烟草抗PVY强弱的依据。In this study,four representative tobacco varieties,i.e.,‘SY04-3’,‘Yunyan87’,‘Yanshai6’,and ‘NC95’,were used to investigate the changes of several physiological indexes(i.e.,dry matter accumula tion,chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,and antioxidant enzyme activity) of tobacco seedlings after inoculation with PVY.The result showed that compared with the control,the varieties with stronger disease resistance had a smaller decrease in dry matter accumulation,photosynthetic rate,and chlorophyll content,a smaller increase in malondialdehyde content,and a larger increase in antioxidant enzyme activity in the early stage and a smaller decrease in the late stage.The resistance was comprehensively evaluated by the physiological indexes after 28 days of PVY inoculation.The resistance of varieties from strong to weak was ‘SY04-3’,‘Yanshai6’,‘Yunyan87’,and ‘NC95’,which was consistent with the result of artificial inoculation identification.Therefore,the physiological indexes,i.e.,dry matter accumulation,photosynthetic rate,and antioxidant enzyme activity,can be used as the basis for the identification of tobacco varieties resistant to PVY.
