摘 要:文中针对轨行式设备行走不同步以及难以适应曲线轨道的普遍现象,从电气控制和机构设计2方面入手寻求解决方案。利用RFID无线射频识别技术定位左右行走机构的实时位置,然后利用可编程控制器(PLC)通过控制变频器调整左、右行走机构的行走速度实现行走同步;其次将行走机构增设水平转铰,让行走机构具备曲线随动的功能,避免车轮出现啃轨、脱轨的问题。通过这一套行之有效的解决方法,可以提高轨行式设备的适用性和安全性。For common problems such as unsynchronized walking of rail-mounted equipment and difficulty in adapting to curved tracks,solutions are sought from the aspects of electrical control and mechanism design.RFID radio frequency identification technology is adopted to locate the real-time position of the left and right walking mechanisms,and then programmable logic controller is used to adjust the walking speed of the left and right walking mechanisms by controlling the frequency converter to realize walking synchronization.Secondly,the running gear is added with a horizontal turning comparison,which endows the running gear with the function of curve follow-up,so as to prevent the wheels from gnawing or derailing.Through these effective solutions,the applicability and safety of rail-mounted equipment are improved.
