摘  要:轮胎式集装箱门式起重机作为集装箱码头堆场中主要的装卸设备,实现电能替代潜力大。文中在分析集装箱码头电动轮胎式集装箱门式起重机载荷特性、功率、能量等需求的基础上,设计并研究了基于锂离子电容器的能量管理系统与控制策略,提出了双向DC-DC变换器、锂离子电容器组配置方案,最后进行了仿真分析,以验证方案的可行性。结果表明,将锂离子电容器储能技术应用于电动轮胎式集装箱门式起重机,可实现快速有功功率补偿、再生能量回收以及500 m内相邻堆场的转场运行,从而提高电动轮胎式集装箱门式起重机并网友好性及转场灵活性,为绿色港口建设提供解决思路。Tyre container gantry crane,one of the main loading and unloading equipment in container terminal yard,has great potential for replacing electric energy.Based on the demand analysis of load characteristics,power and energy of electric tire container gantry crane in container terminal,the author designs and studies the energy management system and control strategy based on lithium-ion capacitor,puts forward the configuration scheme of bidirectional DC-DC converter and lithium-ion capacitor bank,and finally makes simulation analysis to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Results show that the application of lithium-ion capacitor energy storage technology in the electric tire container gantry crane can realize fast active power compensation and renewable energy recovery,and the transition operation of adjacent yards within 500 m,thus improving the grid-connected friendliness and transfer flexibility of the electric tire container gantry crane,which provides a construction idea for the green port.
