摘　　要：民族传统体育非物质文化遗产(以下简称“民族传统体育非遗”)是民族传统文化的精华,传承好民族传统体育非遗对于保护民族传统体育根脉,促进经济社会高质量发展具有重大现实意义。传承人作为传承的主体与关键,对民族传统体育非遗社会化传承起着十分重要的作用。文章从传承人口述史出发,以河北鹰爪翻子拳为例,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、口述史等研究方法,较为全面、客观地分析了鹰爪翻子拳传承的当前现状以及存在困境,最终提出:注重形式多样,强化“互联网 + ”;借助政府力量,发挥管控效能;壮大社会组织,增强政企合作;深化校园传承,扩宽文化建设等四方面路径,同时为其他民族传统体育非遗的保护与传承提供可实践参考。The intangible cultural heritage of traditional ethnic sports (hereinafter referred to as "intangible cultural heritage of traditional ethnic sports") is the essence of traditional ethnic culture,and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of traditional ethnic sports is of great practical significance for protecting the roots of traditional ethnic sports and promoting the high-quality development of economic society.As the subject and key of inheritance,inheritor plays a very important role in inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of traditional national sports.Starting from the inheritor’s oral history,taking Yingzhufanzi Boxing as an example,this study comprehensively and objectively analyzed the current situation and difficulties of inheriting Yingzhu Fanzi boxing by using the methods of literature,expert interview,oral history and other research methods,and finally proposed that:Pay attention to diversified forms,strengthen "Internet +";Make use of government power to exert control efficiency;Strengthen social organizations and enhance cooperation between government and enterprises;Meanwhile,it provides practical reference for the protection and inheritance of other ethnic traditional sports intangible heritage.
