中国式摔跤专项特点和制胜规律研究

摘　　要：文章认为,中国式摔跤的专项特点主要集中在规则(区别于日本柔道)、把位、手法、技术特征和表演性等方面;中国式摔跤的制胜规律有两个部分组成:制胜规律和制胜因素。竞技能力是核心因素;教练员、裁判员和规则是主导性因素。中国式摔跤选手刘天胜的制胜规律既有中国式摔跤的共同因素,又存在自身特色的因素:根据自身特点安排技战术训练;训练中注重身体整体性练习;比赛中真假动作巧妙运用。所以,中国式摔跤的专项特点既有体育项目共同的特点(表演和娱乐),又有区别于西方摔跤的自身特征;制胜规律则有多种因素。The research believes that:The special characteristics of Chinese wrestling mainly focus on rules (different from Japanese judo),position,technique,technical characteristics and performance;The winning rule of Chinese wrestling consists of two parts:winning Rules and winning factors.Competitiveness is the core factor;coaches,referees and rules are the dominant factors.The winning rule of Chinese wrestler Liu Tiansheng has both the common factors of Chinese wrestling and the factors of its own characteristics:Arrange technical and tactical training according to their own characteristics;Focus on physical integrity in training;True and false in competition Clever use of action.Therefore,the special characteristics of Chinese-style wrestling have both the common characteristics of sports (performance and entertainment),and their own characteristics that are different from Western wrestling;there are many factors in the winning rule.
