摘 要:目的了解季节变化对人体血液流变学指标的影响。方法对3069名体检者冬(12月-2月)、春(3月-5月)、夏(6月-8月)、秋(9月-11月)的血液流变学指标检测结果进行比较分析。结果不同季节全血黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞沉降率及红细胞相关指数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),血浆黏度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。春秋两季的血液黏度高于冬夏两季,且春季最高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论不同季节血液流变学指标检测结果有差异;春秋天气变化可使血液黏度等血液流变学指标异常,可促进心脑血管性疾病的发生。Objective To understand the influence of seasonal changes on hemorheological parameters.Methods The hemorheological parameters of 3069 persons for health examination in winter(December to February),spring(March to May),summer(June to August)and autumn(September to November)were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and erythrocyte related index in different seasons(P<0.01,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in plasma viscosity(P>0.05).Blood viscosity was higher in spring and autumn than that in winter and summer and highest in spring(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The hemorheological parameters are different in different seasons.Weather changes in spring and autumn can lead to abnormal blood viscosity and promote the occurrence of cardiovascular and vascular diseases.
