摘  要:目的探讨在不同温度、不同时间条件下保存标本对糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)测定结果的影响。方法采集5例不同浓度HbA1c的静脉血使用HLC-723G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪于当天检测,并分装到小的样本保存管中。各取10支置于室温(20℃~25℃)、冷藏(2℃~8℃)、低温冷冻(-18℃~-22℃)、超低温冷冻(-70℃~-76℃),分别于1、3、5、6、7、14、21、28、60 d进行测定。以低温冷冻条件下的每个标本结果均值±0.2%为可接受范围,在5个标本结果均在可接受范围内时,判断为在该温度、特定时间内结果稳定。结果超低温冷冻保存的标本结果在可接受范围内,室温、冷藏和低温冷冻条件下的5个标本结果稳定的时间分别为5 d、14 d、21 d和至少60 d。结论不同温度、不同时间条件下保存标本对使用HLC-723G11糖化血红蛋白分析仪测定HbA1c结果稳定性有影响,需要在日常工作中加以注意。Objective To explore the effect of specimen preservation at different temperatures and at different time conditions on the HbA1c determination results.Methods Five cases of venous blood with different concentrations of HbA1c were collected on the same day using an HLC-723G11 HbA1c analyzer,and divided into small sample storage tubes.Ten each were taken at room temperature(20℃to 25℃),refrigerated(2℃to 8℃),cryogenic(-18℃to-22℃),and cryogenic(-70℃to-76℃)at 1,3,5,6,7,14,21,28,and 60 days.Taking the mean result of±0.2%for each specimen under cryogenic freezing conditions as the acceptable range,when the results of the five specimens were within the acceptable range,the results were judged to be stable at that temperature and for a certain time.Results The results for cryopreserved specimens were within the acceptable range,with 5 days,14 days,21 days,and at least 60 days at room temperature,refrigeration,and cryogenic conditions,respectively.Conclusion Saving specimens at different temperatures and under different time conditions affects the stability of HbA1c results using HLC-723G11 HbA1c analyzer in daily work.
