深静脉血栓低分子肝素治疗中血栓弹力图和凝血指标分析的联合应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究血栓弹力图和凝血指标分析在低分子肝素治疗深静脉血栓中的变化情况。方法选择合肥市第一人民医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的深静脉血栓患者54例作为对象,均低分子肝素药物治疗,并对血栓弹力图和凝血指标进行分析。结果溶栓1 h、3 h,患者的R、K较溶栓前更高,a-Angle、MA较溶栓前更低,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间延长,纤维蛋白原指标下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓弹力图与凝血指标之间存在一定的联系,在联合检查中对深静脉血栓患者的治疗起到相应的辅助作用,要重视。Objective To study the changes of thromboelastography and coagulation index analysis in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis with low molecular weight heparin.Methods 54 patients with deep vein thrombosis admitted to Hefei No.1 People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as subjects,all of whom were treated with low molecular weight heparin,and thromboelastography and coagulation indexes were analyzed.Results After 1 and 3 hours of thrombolysis,R and K of patients were higher than those before thrombolysis,a-Angle and MA were lower than those before thrombolysis,prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastine time and thrombin time were prolonged,and fibrinogen index was decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between thromboelastography and coagulation index,which should be paid attention to in the combined examination of patients with deep vein thrombosis.
