摘　　要：目的:探讨跟骨钢板治疗肩胛骨体部骨折的效果及其对关节功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选择2019年3月-2021年3月东海仁慈医院骨科收治的60例肩胛骨体部骨折患者。根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予重建钛板治疗,研究组给予跟骨钢板治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,围手术期指标,术后1、3个月肩关节功能,并发症,术前及术后1个月生活质量。结果:研究组的优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后1、3个月的疼痛、日常活动、肌力、关节活动范围评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,研究组情感功能、社会功能、意识功能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:跟骨钢板治疗肩胛骨体部骨折的效果较好,患者手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,可明显改善患者的肩关节功能,提高生活质量,并降低并发症的发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of calcaneal steel plate in the treatment of scapular body fracture and its influence on joint function and quality of life.Method:From March 2019 to March 2021,a total of 60 patients with scapular body fracture who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of Donghai Renci Hospital were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with reconstruction titanium plate,and the study group was treated with calcaneal steel plate.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,shoulder joint function 1,3 months after operation,complications,quality of life before and 1 month after operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of pain,daily activities,muscle strength,range of motion of joints and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group 1 and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the scores of emotional function,social function,consciousness function and physical function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The calcaneal steel plate has a better effect in the treatment of scapular body fracture,with shorter operation time and less intraoperative bleeding volume of patients,which can significantly improve the function of patients’shoulder joint,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
