摘　　要：目的:探讨共情护理对应用促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)治疗婴儿痉挛症患儿家属焦虑及抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的106例应用ACTH治疗的婴儿痉挛症患儿及家属作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予共情护理。比较两组患儿家属满意度及生活质量量表(SF-36)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:两组患儿家属满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿家属干预前生活质量、SAS、SDS评分相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿家属干预后各项生活质量、SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:婴儿痉挛症患儿ACTH治疗期间应用共情护理干预能使家属护理满意度得到有效提高,生活质量得到明显改善,焦虑及抑郁情绪得到有效减轻,可推广使用。Objective:To explore the effect of empathic nursing on anxiety and depression of families of children with infantile spasm treated with adreno-cortico-tropic-hormone (ACTH).Method:A total of 106 cases of infantile spasm treated with ACTH and children’s families in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,53 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given empathic nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of family satisfaction and quality of life scale (SF-36),self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS) were compared between two groups’ children’s families.Result:There was statistically significant difference between two groups in children’s families satisfaction (P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the quality of life score,SAS and SDS scores between two groups (P>0.05);after intervention,the quality of life scores,SAS and SDS scores of children’s families in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of empathic nursing intervention during treatment of children with infantile spasm treated with ACTH can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and the quality of life of children’s families,and effectively reduce anxiety and depression,which can be promoted.
