摘  要:目的:探讨将右美托咪定用于颅脑手术麻醉中的临床价值。方法:选取东莞市长安医院2019年11月-2021年10月收治的60例行颅脑手术患者,采用随机数字表法分成两组,每组30例,A组实施常规麻醉,B组基于此,加用右美托咪定进行麻醉,对比两组术后神经功能[髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)]、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)],另对比两组术后不良反应发生情况。结果:B组术后MBP、NSE、S100β均较A组低(P<0.05)。B组术后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均较A组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对行颅脑手术患者,在其麻醉中给予右美托咪定,能起到保护神经功能的作用,且还能降低炎症因子水平,安全性高,应用价值突出。Objective:To explore the clinical value of Dexmedetomidine in anesthesia for craniocerebral surgery.Method:Sixty patients with craniocerebral surgery admitted to Chang’an Hospital of Dongguan City from November 2019 to October 2021 were selected and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Group A was given routine anesthesia,and group B was given Dexmedetomidine for anesthesia based on this.The neurological functions[myelin basic protein(MBP),neuron specific enolase(NSE),and central nerve specific protein(S100β)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)],and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:Postoperative MBP,NSE and S100βin group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine given to patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery during anesthesia can protect neural function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.It has high safety and outstanding application value.
