摘  要:目的:探究超声心动图在评估肺心病患者右室收缩功能中的应用价值。方法:将2021年3月-2022年7月潮州市中心医院收治的50例肺心病患者设为观察组,另选同一时期来本院体检的50例成年健康志愿者,将其设为对照组,两组均进行超声心动图检查。观察和比较两组右心房上下径、右心房左右径、右心室中间段横径、下腔静脉直径、三尖瓣环收缩期位移、右心室面积变化分数、三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度及肺动脉收缩压。结果:观察组患者的右心房上下径、右心房左右径、右心室中间段横径、下腔静脉直径、肺动脉收缩压显著高于对照组,三尖瓣环收缩期位移、右心室面积变化分数、三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。急性期肺心病的右心房上下径、右心房左右径、右心室中间段横径、下腔静脉直径、肺动脉收缩压显著高于缓解期(P<0.05),但急性期、缓解期的三尖瓣环收缩期位移、右心室面积变化分数、三尖瓣环收缩期峰值速度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声心动图可为肺心病患者右室收缩功能的评价提供定量分析数据,为临床早期诊治肺心病及临床分期判断提供依据,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application value of echocardiography in evaluating right ventricular systolic function in patients with cor pulmonale.Method:A total of 50 cases of cor pulmonale patients admitted to Chaozhou Central Hospital from March 2021 to July 2022 were set as the observation group,and 50 adult healthy volunteers who admitted to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group,and echocardiography was performed in both groups.The upper and lower right atrium diameters,right atrium left and right diameters,right ventricular middle transverse diameter,inferior vena cava diameter,tricuspid annular systolic displacement,right ventricular area change fraction,tricuspid annular peak systolic velocity and pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure were observed and compared.Result:The upper and lower diameters of the right atrium,the left and right diameters of the right atrium,the transverse diameter of the middle segment of the right ventricle,the diameter of the inferior vena cava,and the pulmonary artery systolic pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the tricuspid annular systolic displacement,right ventricular area change fraction,peak systolic velocity of the tricuspid annulus were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The right atrium upper and lower diameter,right atrium left and right diameter,right ventricular middle transverse diameter,inferior vena cava diameter,and pulmonary artery systolic blood pressure in acute stage cor pulmonale were significantly higher than those in remission stage(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in tricuspid annular systolic displacement,right ventricular area change fraction and tricuspid annular systolic peak velocity(P>0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography can provide quantitative analysis data for the evaluation of right ventricular systolic function in patients with cor pulmonale,and provide a basis for early clinical diagnosis and
