摘　　要：目的:探讨闭合复位交叉双平面外固定支架治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年5月惠州华康医院收治的60例肱骨干骨折患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组给予闭合复位交叉双平面外固定支架治疗,对照组给予切开复位钢板内固定治疗。比较两组围手术期指标,术后3个月肩关节功能、肘关节功能及并发症。结果:研究组手术时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月时,研究组Constant、Mayo评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组桡神经损伤0例,骨不连0例,针道感染5例,骨感染0例,切口感染0例;对照组桡神经损伤3例,骨不连1例,针道感染0例,骨感染0例,切口感染1例。两组并发症发生率均为16.67%。结论:闭合复位交叉双平面外固定支架治疗肱骨干骨折可获得较好的临床效果,是一种有效的治疗方法,具有重要的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction intersecting biplane external fixing bracket in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.Method:Sixty patients with humeral shaft fracture admitted to Huizhou Huakang Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group was treated with closed reduction intersecting biplane external fixing bracket,while the control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate.The perioperative indexes,shoulder joint function,elbow joint function 3 months after operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).Three months after operation,the Constant and Mayo scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).In the study group,there were 0 case of radial nerve injury,0 case of bone nonunion,5 cases of needle track infection,0 case of bone infection and 0 case of incision infection;in the control group,there were 3 cases of radial nerve injury,1 case of bone nonunion,0 case of needle tract infection,0 case of bone infection,and 1 case of incision infection.The incidence of complication of both groups was 16.67%.Conclusion:The treatment of humeral shaft fracture with closed reduction intersecting biplane external fixing bracket can obtain good clinical effect.It is an effective treatment method and has important clinical value.
