摘 要:城市化进程日益加快,老旧城区对极端天气的处理能力不足,造成部分区域的城市内涝,影响人民群众正常生产生活,因此构建城市内涝监测系统具有现实意义。本文提出了一个基于NB网络的城市内涝监测系统,在城市各区域布点并实时监测积水深度数据,将采集的数据通过NB网络上传至OneNET网络平台。同时设置服务器训练出基于机器学习的城市内涝预测模型,结合周期数据预测出内涝危险等级,实现在内涝前期给出预警,在一定程度上保障人民群众的生产生活安全。实际应用结果表明,该系统在内涝监测实时性和危险等级预测精确度等都有明显的成效,符合城市内涝监测的需求。With increasing urbanization, old urban areas have insufficient capacity to handle extreme weather,resulting in region-wide urban flooding. This affects people’s normal production and lives, so it is of practical significance to build an urban flooding monitoring system. In this paper, we propose an urban flooding monitoring system based on the NB network, which deploys points in various areas of the city and monitors the water depth data in real-time and uploads the collected data to the OneNET network platform through the NB network. At the same time, a server is set up to train a machine learning-based urban flooding prediction model,which combines the periodic data to predict the risk level of flooding, so as to give early warning in the early stages of flooding and to ensure the safety of production and life to some extent. The results of practical application show that the system is effective in real-time flood monitoring and the accuracy of danger level prediction, and meets the needs of urban flood monitoring.
