摘 要:在资源依赖性与利益相关者理论探讨基础上,收集32家中外服装企业可持续发展的公开信息,使用多案例研究方法,梳理出企业关于可持续发展的动力来源、战略、实践行为、效益等6个主范畴,构建出服装企业可持续发展行为的理论模型,并找到影响企业可持续行为路径的核心推动力。研究发现:①服装企业可持续发展内在逻辑可按照“可持续动力来源→可持续战略→可持续实践行为→可持续效益→可持续动力来源”路径表述;②利益相关者对企业可持续发展真实结果感知水平影响企业应对相应动力时可持续发展路径选择:强感知利益相关者推动下企业选择产生切实影响的可持续发展路径,而弱感知利益相关者推动下企业选择塑造品牌形象的可持续发展路径。Based on the discussion of the resource dependency theory and the stakeholder theory,this paper collects the public information about the sustainable development of 32 Chinese and foreign clothing enterprises.Using the method of multiple case studies,this paper combs out six main categories of enterprises on the power source,strategy,practical behavior and benefit of sustainable development.This paper constructs a theoretical model of the sustainable development behaviors in clothing enterprises,and finds the core driving force affecting the path of sustainable behaviors of enterprises.It is found that:(1)the sustainable development path of garment enterprises can be expressed according to the logic of“sustainable power source→sustainable strategy→sustainable practical behavior→sustainable benefit→sustainable power source”.(2)The perception level of stakeholders on the real results of enterprise sustainable development affects the path choice of sustainable development when enterprises deal with the corresponding driving forces.Driven by strong perceived stakeholders,enterprises would like to choose the sustainable development path with practical impacts.While driven by weak perceived stakeholders,enterprises are more likely to choose the sustainable development path of shaping their brand image.
